Rebecca (driver) was AMAZING!!! Super friendly, helpful and took me where I needed to go in a timely manner.
I didn't like that the rooms did not have microwaves or refrigerators as I had to throw away a lot of left over food I could have kept.

Conveniently located near awesome attractions like the General Jackson Showboat, Opryland, and The Hermitage 🚢. Plus, there's a cool mall and plenty of restaurants nearby for some good eats!

Location: the hotel was close enough to downtown from the property, a local shop and The Hermitage. Popped in Caney Fork for shots before sleep, it was a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

The facilities at the hotel were top-notch, making our stay as adventure travelers enjoyable and convenient. The beds and pillows were amazingly comfortable, making it hard for us to get up in the morning. The shuttle bus service to nearby venues was perfect for our group, allowing us to easily explore the area. The hotel also had a great pool and hot tub for us to relax in after a long day of touring. The housekeepers were excellent and very kind, ensuring the facilities were always clean and well-maintained. we highly recommend this hotel as a great place to stay!
We felt very homey during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

The location is fantastic, right next to the Grand Ole Opry and many restaurants. The room was very clean and had a nice view. The complimentary breakfast was hot and offered a wide variety of options.
